Before I came to Dr. Kaci, I had orthodontic treatment from another orthodontist. Unfortunately, they didn’t tell me how important it was to wear my retainers and my teeth moved! Dr. Kaci and her staff were really understanding and were able to educate and stress the importance of wearing my retainers. Not only that, they were all very friendly and it was great coming in for each adjustment. Highly recommend coming to Dr. Kaci for any kind of orthodontic treatment!

My daughter recently had her orthodontic treatment completed by Dr. Kaci Vela and I cannot recommend Dr. Kaci and her staff highly enough. From the beginning to end of the treatment the care provided and experience for my daughter and myself was outstanding. Dr. Kaci was great at explaining everything at every step along the way and always did it with a smile and an upbeat, pleasant attitude. She was always so friendly and my daughter says that she was always very gentle when she was working in her mouth. The office had a very modern feel with the design, equipment and technology seeming to be very current and up to date, without feeling sterile or impersonal. And Dr. Kaci's staff was excellent as well, always very helpful and professional but doing it all with a smile. The end result of the treatment was fantastic, my daughter loves her new smile. Her teeth were very crowded before treatment and Dr. Kaci gave her a smile she is very happy with. My daughter adores Dr. Kaci, she never minded having to go to appointments...and I don't think that is often the case with a teenager in braces! Perhaps the best compliment I can give this office is that my youngest daughter will soon need braces and I wouldn't even think about taking her to another office. Dr. Kaci is the best!
