I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Vela, her staff, and her practice. I got referred to Dr. Vela by the periodontist next door and she saw me the same day. Talk about customer service or patient service. Her staff is friendly, knows you by name, and does a great job at explaining everything at every visit. Christine at the front desk is so friendly and has superb customer service. I would definitely pick her to be my staff. I just finished treatment today and my teeth and smile couldn’t be any more perfect and I’m very picky. The staff spent hours to accommodate me today to make sure I could leave the office with everything I needed because I’m moving out of town. This was not the first time they’ve accommodated me. They go above and beyond for every patient. This was my third time having orthodontic treatment and I’m so glad I chose OAI! Always choose a specialist without a doubt. I felt sad leaving the office today because at OAI you are treated like family.
